Welcome. Here are the steps to get started on a new commitment to yourself and your well-being.
Step 1. Introduce yourself
Thank you for your interest. At JABAFIT Pilates Studio, your care begins with a personal introduction and conversation. Please complete the form below and I will contact you within 24 business hours to answer your questions. We also welcome your call: 423.774.0787.
Step 2. Download, Print, and fill out JABAFIT’s new student Introductory Form. This form is also available in the studio, just give yourself some time to complete the form before your scheduled appointment.
Step 3. Schedule your first private Session
Your initial session will include a postural and movement analysis, and an introduction to the basics of STOTT PILATES®. This will help you and your instructor develop a program that is ideally suited for you. Your instructor may recommend that you continue with private sessions or, after your initial private session you may be able to take a group class, depending upon your fitness level, goals and abilities.
Step 4. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement with ease, and would allow the instructor to observe your proper alignment during exercise performance. Non skid socks or bare feet are fine.
